Home Sweet Home!

Craig, the dogs and I made it home on Sunday. We enjoyed our adventure back home through Taos, NM and the Carson National Forest. I just wish we had more time to Fly Fishing!

We stopped by the Rio Grande Rio Grande Gorge Bridge, locally known as the "Gorge Bridge" and the "High Bridge",[2] is a steel deck arch bridge across the Rio Grande Gorge 10 miles (16 km) northwest of Taos, New Mexico, United States. At 565 feet (172 m) above the Rio Grande,[3] it is the seventh highest bridge in the United States and 82nd highest bridge in the world, according to Wikipedia.

A few more pictures from Carson National Forest.A great place for camping, hiking and fishing!

Happy Fourth of July

Happy Fourth of July Everyone! Craig and I enjoyed the day celebrating in Silverton, CO. We began with a fabulous parade downtown. All the locals participated and wow they were patriotic and colorful!

We had a quick lunch at the High Noon Burgers and made our way to the International Rhubarb Festival and Silverton Brass Band Concert.

Camp Fire and Fabulous Company

We enjoyed sitting by the fire last night. The beautiful conversation with family and new friends was excellent. Mia enjoyed hunting for chipmunks and Goldie and Blackie chilled after a nice hike.
