Montezuma Hot Springs in New Mexico

We woke up a bit early this morning and decided to found the hot springs in Montezuma. A small town 15 minutes from Las Vegas, New Mexico.

The springs are set on the side of  road off North 65. The story we heard was they were once used by the historic Montezuma Castle Hotel. The natural hot springs mineral water has been captured in three stone hot springs that anyone can access.

The springs range from 100 degrees to 120 degrees and would suggest visiting before the heat of the summer and wear some bug spay.
